ID Retention Policy for Silent Party Headphone Use
By participating in the silent party headphone program, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Government-Issued Identification Required: You must provide a valid, government-issued identification at the time of headphone check-out.
Temporary Retention of ID: Your identification will be held securely as a deposit until the headphones are returned in acceptable condition.
Return and Release: Once the headphones are returned, your identification will be promptly returned to you.
Consent: By using the headphones, you consent to the temporary retention of your government-issued identification for the duration of the rental period.
